Song sheets and copyright For some time, the BUMS management committee has been working on a project to publish our song sheets on the website. The project stalled for a while whilst we sorted out the copyright issues with OneMusic with whom we have a licence to use other people’s songs. Read about the successful outcome.

BUMS salutes Louis Dort BUMS member Louis Dort passed away on Monday 9 June after a four-year battle with cancer. He and Kaye were regulars at Ferny Grove and Coorparoo jams and sometimes Northside jam. Those who knew him would remember his zest for life and his love of music, photography and his family |

Snake Picks If you use a pick to play ukulele and have trouble holding on to it, you may be interested in a SnakePick. They were developed by a Queensland company and are now distributing their product worldwide for guitar, bass and ukulele players. |
