Ukulele Friday @ Corinda, Friday 8th November, 6.30pm-8.00pm. Led by Gabrielle Liddle, Jen Reynolds, and Sam Reynolds. Play along to a great choice of old standards and new favourites - pop, folk, rock, and country! Read more here.
Flat Lizard Jam (Stafford), Sunday 10th November, 12.30pm-2.30pm. A laid back jam session with Andrew and Blair. Suits ukulele players at intermediate level but everyone welcome. Read more here.

Ferny Grove Jam, Wednesday 20th November, 7.00pm-9.00pm.Beginners at 6.00pm. Join Linda and Kevin Buckley in the Function Room for a fun-filled night with plenty of well-known songs. Read more here.
GeeBUMS Jam and Open Mics (Zillmere), Sunday 24th November, 1.30pm-3.30pm. A new style of event mixing a jam and open mic opportunities. Led by Andrew Hunt. Read more here.
Northside Jam (Zillmere), 27th November, 6.30pm-8.30pm. Join Andrew Hunt, Peter Grace and friends as they rock the Function Room at the Geebung Bowlo. Beginners at 6.00pm. Open Mic. Read more here.

Out on Bail are rocking the Rocky again!
Join Out on Bail to raise the rafters at the Rocklea Hotel on Saturday 16 November, 7.00pm til late. Talk to Darrell about bringing your band to play a couple of numbers, and have a go at the Open Mic. Jam along, have a drink(s) and enjoy a terrific steak. Want to know how the Sound Desk works?
Attend a practical, hands-on workshop. (Sometime in the New Year. Date TBC.) And don't worry - we'll be running a buddy system for new trainees! It's a lot of fun, and incredibly useful, for all performers, particularly set leaders.

Christmas/New Years at BUMS:
We will squeeze six jams into the first two weeks of December and take a break until the 8 January 2025. Of course, we'll remind you in next month's newsletter. You can also check your Member Jungle app or read all the details on the BUMS website.
- Jingle BUMS Christmas Jam at Coorparoo on Wednesday 4 December starting at 6.30pm.
- Flat Lizard Jam - Sunday 8 December led by Blair Marks.
- WE BUMS -Tuesday 10 December led by Cath McCourt.
- Westside Jam – Wednesday 11 December led by Sue and Peter Sercombe.
- Northside Christmas Spectacular – the Ferny Grove and Northside jams will combine on Wednesday 11 December for a night of fun at Geebung Bowls Club. Starts at 6.30pm.
- Ukulele Friday @ Corinda – Friday 13 December led by Gabrielle Liddle.
- We will not run the Ferny Grove jam, the Northside Jam and GeeBUMS on the normal dates in December.
