Join the fun-loving members of Brisbane Ukulele Musicians Society for an evening of ukulele and singing.
The Jingle BUMS Jam (Coorparoo_) will begin at 6:00 and finfish at 9:00 (just for December) there will be food, fun and competitions – best-dressed Santa and the most extraordinary Christmas hat, for example. There will be raffles drawn on the night and lucky door prizes.
All songs will be projected onto a screen, and you can sing along to your heart's content (and play a ukulele or any other instrument if you like). Finger food for a gold coin donation from 6.00pm.
Event Description
- Venue: Coorparoo Bowls Club, 32 Riddings Street, Coorparoo.
- Time: Beginner’s session 6.00pm, jam starts at 6.30pm, goes until 8.30pm.
- Cost: BUMS Members FREE, Non-members with a ukulele $10, anyone else free. Come and try a jam – no charge for first-time players.
- Bar open downstairs.
- Street parking.
- Jam coordinators: Max Borchardt and Adrian Board.
- Three different set leaders and open mics.
